Casa Lago
In designFor the lakefront lots
Conceived for living toward the water: living space, terrace and, where possible, the main bedroom facing the lake, with a rooftop garden.

Your home at La Perla
A lot and a home are separate decisions. This guide explains what a lot purchase includes and the three routes being prepared to get you to your home.
Conceptual image of a generic home. It does not represent the Casa Lago or Casa Jardin designs, which are in development. A lot purchase does not include a house.
Lot and home
A lot purchase does not include a home. Any construction project is contracted separately and requires the applicable approvals.
Two designs
These are two designs in development, conceived as options each buyer can contract separately. There are no approved plans or renderings yet; we will publish them here once they are.
For the lakefront lots
Conceived for living toward the water: living space, terrace and, where possible, the main bedroom facing the lake, with a rooftop garden.
For the garden lots
Conceived around the garden: privacy, terrace and a close relationship with the green areas, with a rooftop garden.
Both aim for contemporary tropical architecture — shade, ventilation, clean lines, stone, wood and natural tones — within the rules that apply to each lot.
View available lotsRoutes
Each route is contracted separately from the lot purchase. This is who does each part.
All three routes are subject to the prior review and approval of the Country Lakes Architecture and Construction Committee. Scope, fees and warranty are confirmed with the sales team before you contract.
Process
You choose your lot.
You choose the route to your home: turnkey, design package or your own design.
The design and technical drawings are developed, depending on the route.
The project goes through the prior review and approval of the Country Lakes Architecture and Construction Committee, before any construction work begins.
The construction contract is signed, independent of the lot purchase.
With the applicable approvals in place, construction begins.
Committee approval is a Country Lakes requirement for every project; it is not an endorsement by BOMA Desarrollos of Chukum's designs. Timelines and fees for each stage are confirmed with the sales team.
