La Perla's private lake club is a dedicated waterfront space, planned for the 19 owning families. It is not an events club or a tourist amenity — it is a residential lakeside setting, scaled to be intimate.
How it's lived
Designed for quiet lakefront rituals.
Morning coffee by the dock. Children walking down to the water. Sunset dinners around the fire. The value of the club is not size; it is proximity, privacy, and the ease of using it often.
